Unless otherwise noted, we ship our items within 1-5 business days of cleared payment during business days. Domestic orders will be shipped with tracking numbers and delivery confirmation.
Expedited Shipping: We offer expedited shipping via UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. Please allow at least 1 day of handling, and 2 days of transit for your package to reach your destination.
We anticipate it will be love at first site with you and The Mrs. Clutch. And while breaking up is hard to do, if you're not completely satisfied with your clutch, we will accept a return or exchange within 14 days of the delivery receipt date. If you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Clutches must be in their original condition and packaging with no signs of wear. We advise our customers to handle with care to prevent soiling of the silk. If the clutch is returned with signs of wear or soiled silk, we will not be able to process the return or exchange. Customers are responsible for all postage fees to send the clutch back to our facility. We'll pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
